Many OWNLYFE Designs products are handmade, made to order, customized, or distressed by hand. Small variations in color, placement, distressing, sizing, and appearance may occur. ORDERS AND PAYMENT
An order is accepted after payment is successfully processed and we confirm the order. We may contact you if information is incomplete or clarification is required. Customers are responsible for reviewing sizes, colors, personalization, shipping addresses, and all other order information before submitting an order. Applicable taxes and shipping charges are shown during checkout.

CANCELLATIONS, RETURNS, AND REFUNDS
Because many items are made to order or customized, cancellations are not accepted after production begins, and returns or exchanges are not accepted for customer selection errors. Damaged, defective, or incorrect items caused by OWNLYFE Designs must be reported within 3 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.
